Surrounded by bars and restaurants.5 minutes walking distance from STP SHIPYARD PALMA, 5 min to a long promenade along the sea shore and 12 min from the nearest beach. 6 min to the Cathedral and 7 min to the beautiful Sta. Catalina market.The spaceThere is the only street without buildings in front of the loft. The building has a little private garden in front and there are not bars or restaurants on the same street so it is quite to sleep. In the street the famous Gothic style building La Lonja and the Gobern Balear headquarters with security 24 h. that means the street is calm at night and safe.Decorated with Mediterranean colours, has 3 windows and the balcony that makes the fresh air coming in and the sun light as well but also has blinds and curtains if you need them.Guest accessAll the loft is for the guest private use.The access to the building is with a main door and communal stairs to the private unity.There is no elevator.Other things to noteCars are not alowed in old town area only the ones with permit. There are 2 parking options 5 minutes walking distance. The day before of your check in you have to fill the "ENTRY MODEL FOR TRAVELERS OLDERS THAN 16 YEARS" , this is by Law.From 2017 we are working as TI 112 by the 30 March 2/2016 Law and we need to collect the ECO TAX is a Government Tax but the owners/TI needs to do the collect from the guests.
