2. Purpose of the website

Boolook is a metasearch engine that allows users to compare prices of vacation rentals (villas, houses, apartments, country houses) listed on third-party platforms such as Booking.com, Airbnb and VRBO. Boolook is not a travel agency, does not manage bookings and does not process payments. Bookings are made directly on the provider platforms.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The website design, source code, logos, original texts and content generated by Boolook are protected by intellectual property rights. Property descriptions are independently generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence.

The names Booking.com, Airbnb and VRBO are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Boolook is an independent service and is not directly affiliated with or sponsored by these platforms.

4. Affiliate programmes

Boolook participates in affiliate programmes of Booking.com (through CJ Affiliate) and Expedia Group (VRBO). Links to booking platforms may include affiliate codes, for which Boolook receives a commission if a booking is completed. This cost is not passed on to the user: you do not pay more by booking through Boolook.

5. Use of artificial intelligence

Boolook uses advanced artificial intelligence models to:

• Generate property descriptions from public data
• Create editorial content (blog, destination guides)
• Provide a conversational travel assistant (AI Concierge)
• Analyse and summarise user reviews

All AI-generated content is reviewed and may contain inaccuracies. Users should verify details directly on the booking platform before making decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

• Prices shown are indicative and may vary on the booking platform due to changes in availability, local taxes or errors.
• Boolook is not responsible for the quality of accommodation, cancellations, disputes or any incidents arising from bookings on third-party platforms.
• AI-generated descriptions are indicative. Users should verify amenities, policies and conditions on the original platform.
• Boolook does not guarantee the permanent availability of the service or the absence of technical errors.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
