Miravila, charming traditional house.

Traditional house restored and charmingly decorated, in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana (UNESCO World Heritage Site). It was formerly part of the Cartuja's outbuildings, where Frédéric Chopin was staying.During the day the village is very lively and in the evening it becomes a very quiet place. In summer there is a nighttime and family atmosphere on the terraces.A wide range of restaurants, groceries, and a pharmacy.Fishing port 6 km away with wonderful sunsets.The spaceIt's a very old, small and cozy house. In some 17th century plans, you can already see that it existed as a dependency of the Real Cartuja monastery enclosure. What is now the garage was a stable until 1970. There are wooden beams on the ceilings. The walls are made of stone and, being thick, in summer it is protected from the heat. In winter, the heating guarantees a very cozy stay.The best part of the house is the terrace with spectacular views.A few years ago it was completely restored and is in good condition.Perfectly located for hikers and cyclists.Guest accessThe house has a living room, kitchen, bathroom with tub, toilet, two bedrooms, balcony, terrace (with beautiful views, perfect for breakfasts and lunches), and a small garage ideal for motorcycles and bicycles.In the master bedroom there is a 160 x 200 double bed.
