Newly built apartment in Beceite, we have taken care of everything in great detail to make you feel at home. It is an apartment with spacious and bright rooms for a maximum capacity of 8 people.It is located in the town of Beceite, very close to downtown and easily accessible by car. We don't have a private parking lot.The spaceEl Sueño del Búho 4 is located in a spacious 120 m2 apartment on the second floor and is accessed by wide stairs. It offers a spacious room that includes the kitchen and the living room with a fireplace.The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and kitchenware. The dining room has a large table for 8 people. The living room offers comfortable sofas, a corner fireplace and a smart TV. From the dining room you can access a large terrace with furniture and barbecue. From the terrace you can enjoy magnificent views of Beceite and its surroundings.It offers 4 spacious and bright rooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed of 150 X 190 cm and the other two bedrooms have two beds of 90 X 190 cm. For greater comfort, we have fiber and memory foam pillows and carefully selected bedding.There are two fully equipped bathrooms with shower and direct ventilation.There is air conditioning in the kitchen-dining-living room. We don't allow pets, access video surveillance.Guest accessOn the ground floor, the one that leads to the accommodations, there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer that is shared by all the apartments.In the hall you will find information about the area.Other things to noteBeceite is the starting point to visit El Parrizal and La Pesquera.
