Great adobe house ideal for families and/or groups, fully renovated. Ground floor with 2 triple bedrooms and a large living room with a sofa bed. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, one single bedroom, and an attic with 4 single beds. Total capacity of 17 people. Two bathrooms, kitchen, and working area. Outdoor room with a 65-inch TV and an amazing sound system. Game area with ping pong and foosball. Patio with pergola and outdoor dining. Complete tranquilityThe spaceNothing changes here. You are in a lost village in the middle of Castilla y Leon, an oasis in Tierra de Campos, ‘The land of fields’. If I had to choose 2 words to describe my house, it would be warm and peaceful; the house maintains a perfect 21°C inside thanks to the adobe bricks, whilst peace can be felt while enjoying a great family meal outside in the well-maintained gardens, with a cold beer or glass of local wine.We have lots of birds here thanks to our proximity to the Laguna de la Nava (Natural Bird Reserve) and during sunset you can also hear the calls of the storks that reside in the local church tower. No cars, factories or contamination - just clean air, fields and time.You will spend quality time here, so much so that it will fly very fast. Time that you can enjoy with your friends, family or simply just “me-time”. Here there is definitely plenty of time. Time to get away and face again what really matters. You can fix the world here!If you need crowds, traffic, madness or pollution, please refrain yourself from coming here ;-)Guest accessIt's a very quite village, so you can park wherever in the streets.You also will be able to walk around the area and enjoy the views and the cereal waves in the fields.There is nothing, no service beyond two bars and a bakery 2 km away. Restaurants and supermarket 12 km. Palencia capital has everything and is 15 km away. Prepare your adventure and bring what you need ... Or maybe the key is need nothing at all? :-)Other things to noteIn winter, the house has different ways of heating the rooms: pellet stoves, gas stoves, radiators...
