This large one bedroom property is the perfect spot to relax and explore the delights of Deia and the West Coast.The spaceThe duplex consists of a spacious reception room and dining area, separate kitchen and loo on the 1st floor, and stone spiral staircase leading to the bedroom with full ensuite bathroom on the 2nd floor. The apartment is a wonderful light and joyful space with high beam ceilings and local characteristics blended with modern convenience, the rustic kitchen is equipped with a hob top (not an oven) and all other appliances to make for a comfortable and self sufficient stay - for those returning or considering Deia for the first time there are many delights to be enjoyed, we will provide an insightful guide to help you make the most of your stay in this village. For your added comfort you will find 100% cotton bedding, fluffy towels to make your stay feel a little more home from home.Other things to noteThere are no laundry facilities in the apartment.If you wish to do laundry there is a service available for 15Euros per 7kg available Wednesday or Friday and takes 2-3 days. You need to take it to Mallorca Property Management next to the Charles Marlow office in Deia. There is a large TV which is only to be used with a DVD player or to connect your laptop or device. No terrestrial TV available.The apartment does not have central heating. It is heated using the two aircon/heating fans, plus we have an electric radiator. During the Summer you won't need heating.
