MARsuites 2 is a bright and cozy accommodation unit perfectly located at one of the most beautiful streets in Old Town, in front of Almudaina Royal Palace. Maximum Capacity 2 adults and 2 kids under 15. It belongs to MARsuites, an Old Town building recently renewed with 4 accommodation units with lift. MARsuites 2 has been designed and decorated with a cozy taste to offer comfortable place to stay. It has a little balcony from where you will enjoy amazing views over the Palace and Cathedral.The spaceMARsuites 2 is located at the second floor of MARsuites building. The elevator will let you straight in however there are also stairs to access. It has a stylish entrance that leads you to the open plan kitchen. The kitchen is full-equipped (washer-dryer, dishwasher, toaster, squeezer, microwave, boiler, coffee machine...) and it is open to the living room. It has also a high table and chairs. The living room is bright and spacious. It has a little balcony and window to enjoy the views. There is also a reading area with a rocking chair, a comfortable Italian designed sofa-bed (160cmx200cm) only available for kids under 15 years old and a dinning area. The tv is a Samsung Smart TV with satellite channels. There is a private fresh and clean bathroom with a shower, also a hair-dryer. The master bed room looks to the back street. It has a large window and a normal window. The bed is double sized (180cmx200cm) and there is a drawer cabinet and a clothes rack. All windows are new so they are perfectly isolated to avoid possible noise from the street. There is a travel cot and a high chair available upon requests. There is an elevator with private access to each accommodation unit.
