Mallorcan style house with 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of them in the outdoor area. A large outdoor living area with a terrace, garden, and a large pool to enjoy the hottest days. Finca Malén welcomes us with a dining room with a fireplace that leads us to a living room with two comfortable sofas where you can relax watching satellite TV or surfing the internet, with direct access to the garden as well as all the rooms on the ground floor of the house. Next, we find the kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and equipment. A double room with a double bed downstairs and one upstairs, also double, with an en-suite bathroom.Air conditioning in all rooms. Private, comfortable, quiet, peaceful, natural and close to charming towns and cities, coves such as the famous San Vicente cove 10 minutes away by car or Formentor beach or Puerto Pollensa beach itself just 2 minutes away. Finca Malén is a peaceful paradise where you can enjoy a spectacular sunset or savor a sunset barbecue.IMPORTANT:from June 28 to August 30, the entrances and departures must be on SATURDAY.Important: Due to Covid-19 we guarantee to our clients a thorough professional cleaning and disinfection of the house, all the clothes on the property are washed in the laundry room and ironed in high temperatures for a maximum hygienic.Additional costs: Ecotasa : 2,20 euros pers/night only adults in the low season and 1.10 euros in the low season, from the seventh day half is paid.Cleaning : €125 Electricity : The property will send a message every day with the consumption of electricity, this will be multiplied by 0.25€ at the end of the stay.Extra cleaning during the stay requested by the guest will be charged at €15/hour.
