Guests also have access to a terraced garden with a herb garden and fire pit.The spaceThis space is part of a private initiative (moeurs org) oriented towards creative work, research, and remote projects.It is not intended as a conventional tourist accommodation outside the legally authorised period. Instead, it is used by individuals seeking a quiet environment to focus, develop ideas, or temporarily relocate for work-related or personal projects.Stays are selectively accepted and centred around the use of the space rather than traditional hospitality services.In accordance with Spanish Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU) and local regulations:– From July to August, the property operates under its registered ETV license for tourist stays.– Outside this period, stays are adapted to non-touristic use, often combining accommodation with remote work or longer stays.There is no continuous or commercial tourist activity outside the authorised period.Guest accessEntrance is from an outdoor gate located at the back of the house.Other things to noteCONTEXTThe property is part of MŒURS (search “moeurs org”), a project exploring new ways of living and working in natural environments.Because of this, the apartment naturally attracts guests combining their stay with remote work, personal projects or longer, more relaxed stays.Each request is reviewed individually.WORK SETUPFibre internet, desk, printer/scanner and multiple screens available on request.
