Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place full of character and at least 500 years of history of the oldest parts of the mountain village of Deia, situated few steps from the Deia Church.Cas Fideve is an old stone townhouse that was once home to Curtis Roosevelt, the grandson of President Franklin D. Roosevelt while he and his wife were living in Deia.The spaceThe property has 3 floors: The main floor with kitchen, living room/dinning room and outside dining terrace. There are two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a library & office on the top floor. There are 2 AC units, one in each of the bedrooms. The property offers a delightful terrace with BBQ for relax and ‘al fresco’ dining, has a small private pool area in front of the entrance to the house (across the street) and a parking space for 1 moderate size car.The rental unit shares walls with neighboring property and on the other hand shares entrance to the neighboring rental unit (this entrance is not used by the other rental unit).The terrace and pool area is of private use for the guests and is not shared with the neighboring rental unit.During the colder and rainy season the outside furniture & textiles will be available only on the covered terrace.🪵🔥 Fireplaces: Please note that the fireplaces in the home are not available for guest use. For safety and insurance reasons, they are decorative only. Thank you for helping us keep the home safe!Non serviced accommodation - the housekeeping is only available for check-in & check-out services.Guest accessSelf-Check-in from 4pm. 🕓 The key box code will be sent a few days before your arrival together with location on your mobile phone (Whats.App).Check-out at 10am. 🕙 The parking is for 1 vehicle and situated in front of the main entrance to the house, across the street. Please rent a moderate size vehicle as a large car will cause you difficulties to get around the old town & park.The plunge pool entrance is right next to the parking in front of the house.Other things to noteIn order to maintain compliance with local laws (Spain) and promote a safe and legal environment for vacation rentals, every guest 16+ years old will be required to submit their passports for registration with authorities’ data collection portal.This includes (for every guest):•Full Name•Date of Birth•Nationality•Passport Number•Home address•Phone number•Email•The number of guests in a party and family relationship details Please kindly understand we will only be able to accommodate registered guests according to this law, thank you. 🙏🏻 The property is not suitable for small children (under age 5) or disabled, must climb stairs throughout the house which would cause them difficulties.No pets allowed.No events or parties allowed.No smoking allowed.Water in the area during the summer season is scarce, please be advised that the water consumption is monitored and in case of shortages the private property tank will be used therefore the water at the property is NOT UNLIMITED and guests are asked to use the utilities RESPONSIBLY and in a sustainable manner, thank you very much.We will only honor bookings which state truly how many people are staying, bookings exceeding the agreed number of guests will be canceled.!!!
