For example, the pool, one of the house's crown jewels, is fed by a constant-flow circuit of crystal-clear water from the Matarranya River. Located 4 km from Beceite, the nearest village, halfway between the village and the Parrizal walkway excursion, the Mas de Borras boasts an environment of tranquility and unique nature. A country getaway to enjoy the Ports Natural Park and the Matarranya area from its heart.The house consists of two floors with two large living rooms, both with fireplace and four fully equipped double bedrooms. On the fenced property, native vegetation (oaks, pines, aromatic herbs, etc.) thrives, and there is an organic vegetable garden, a natural pool with crystal-clear water, and areas for enjoyment and recreation.Other things to noteEl Mas de Borràs is a sustainable estate surrounded by nature. It feeds from the waters of the Matarranya River through the centenary acequia that runs through and full of sound the Parrissal Valley. The irrigation water and the pool water come directly from the irrigation ditch without any prior treatment. The water quality of the river is excellent as the take is done almost at the birth of the river a short distance from the Mas de Borràs. Mouth water in the house, yes it is treated (chlorinated) being 100% suitable for human consumption. However, we recommend for added security, consuming bottled water. Energy comes from solar panels and sewage is collected in a septic tank.
